  From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a seat before the bus came. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin - The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The food in the restaurant was faultless; excellent service and staff friendly and accommodating.   It's a good place to put your head down for the night beds where clean good location and close to wembley - the price was low ,which suited my budget and circumstance.the staff were polite and friendly and the tv was a good size in the room.
