  All the staff were pleasent and very helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Our 5 year old was made to feel welcome too and the staff spoke to her directly which we belive is very important.   This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lets just make one thing clear this is not a Spa, it is a hotel and conference centre with leisure facilities. The leisure centre had a good Gym, with more than adequate jet pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Bre - Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before. Good quality TV in the room. The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too. In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

  Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.

  Overall lovely hotel - modern and clean comfortable rooms, fast service and helpfull staff, good quality food served till late and quick room service. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to others - although the hotel is huge and was very busy it was immaculately clean at all times and very friendly .
