Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -

Extremely satisfied with the location just 2 min walking distance from the pleasure beach, south shore and the train station. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owner . He helped us find parking on time and assisted us with our bags.the staff was friendly , efficient and helpful. Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy.
Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect!
Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance.
Would highly recommend the hotel!!
