staying in Urgup Konak,is the sort of experience ,i wonder i can have again:unique hosts ,well-decorated rooms,and the ambiance of old but alive house because of the good heart ,friendliness and taste of owners:lovely Melahat and Sheymos.
we planned to stay 1 night but then we preferred to extend our stay for 2 more nights to enjoy their hospitality even more.

The hotel is centrally located near central coach station in Ankara with convenient connections to other central districts of the city. Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

This is a boutique cave hotel with the feel of a B&B. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is fantastic and will go out of their way to make you happy. As a hospitality industry employee, I would suggest every hotel to have such staff as Lalezar does!! Ramon is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met! Client oriented & helpful staff. Perfect location. The staff was courteous and very helpful with all our needs. The room was very large with king sized bed and a beautiful view for the local fairy chimneys which populate the valley. The pool was very pleasant, relaxing, and private. -
