The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. The staff was really nice to us.
The breakfast is really good.
The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.

Clean Hotel and the location to visit Istanbul is perfect. Is hard to find a better location than this one. For a stroll, shopping, dinner is just around there. Places of interests are accsessible by public transports or Taxi in 5 to 10 minutes. I would stay anyway in that area since the good restaurants and other evening activities takes place there. Nice view from our room to Raxim square. Good and clean bed. The staff cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, for that

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us.
