Pers - My family and I were traveling on May 2011 to Turkish/Istanbul and we stayed at Serdivan apart hotel. The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from Blue Mosque, Tupkapi palace ,hagia sofia, Grand Bazaar& close to all the eateries in the Sultanahmet so it was in a fairly convenient location. The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean. Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).

The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!

(without carpet!), good bed and pillow. I was afraid to choose small
hotel when night temperature dropped close to zero but here the room had
modern inverter heat pump air conditioner that was silent and kept room

The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Plus, it was very central to many of the important sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Considering what we paid for the room, we thought that this was one of the best deals in Istanbul.

We had our trip since 17 till 22 of april. The location is so close to
the tram station, amazing view from the terrace, neither noise nor quite
place - perfect place, stuff is polite and helpful, if you travel on
your own they are glad to show you the way and explain everything you
need, there are also Russian-speaking workers, small price costs small
