  Recently refurbished hotel, looks very nice nice, lobby impressive, our room was clean and modern, very good bathroom. Location good for sightseeing and not far from the town centre(10min by bus).Food was ok for a 4 star hotel.. Staff very friendly and helpful, the animation team were fun :-).   Location and views. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect we just wish we could have stayed longer - This is a 4 star hotel in an excellent location. Beautiful hotel.

Because we let them know it was our honeymoon, and it happened to be off-season, they upgraded us to the top-floor corner room for the price of the standard double. The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!

  The food was great..my kid loved the water slides and indoor pool. Massage was very good. Totally clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful with changing room and providing help. - The staff worked incredibly hard to make our holiday perfect for us. The entertainment team was amazing and the food in the restaurants was great.

  This hotel was fantastic. We stayed off-peak, so much so that we were the only couple in the hotel one night. The staff was incredibly helpful. We arrived a bit late and needed dinner. The front desk staff had the restaurant prepare a dinner just for us - and it was an awesome dinner. The room was large, comfortable and very clean.
