This is a new hotel and as such is still in really good condition. I was really impressed with the room and as stated on their own website and by previous reviews it is just like a home from home. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. I was a little concerned because the Lonely Planet guidebook had warned against this neighborhood, but it was totally fine (we walked around) and the hotel was perfect -- modern, minimalist, obviously meant for businesspeople, but very welcoming to my family. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Everything. I upgraded my room with some fair charge and in return had a
sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the
11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus
some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.

İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -
