Comfortable and large rooms, large bathroom. If you want to save mon - Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!). Very well for family tourism.

  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . The Breakfast - A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!
