The proprietor is very helpful. The area is nice and close to eating places, groceries and food stalls. Friendly neighbourhood. Close to masjid. Within walking distance to tourist attractions. Location is 10min walking distance from Blue Mosque and AyaSofia. Clean, recently painted, all utilities in place. Many small, local shops nearby. Parking place for two cars. the staff is nice and kind and helpful the location is just the best, 3 mints away form the square and 3 mints away from the beach, it's just fantastic! i had a good time.

Very nice apartment, clean and historical places are within walking distance. Furniture were good qualities. Beautiful staff (personal greetings to Mete Ciftci)!!! and ideal location for first visit to Istanbul!. These were fabulous 3 bedroom apartments with huge beds and a full kitchen. Near touristique place aya sofya.....suleyman Israël very helpful. good location. helpful. Location. Less than 10min walk to blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. Room is OK. receiption is just 15 meters away from the apartment, also a travel agency, their staff are very helpful. They helped us contacting car rental company and returning car key. The best is they provide one way airport pickup for free!. Feel safe staying in the hotel (environment wise). The manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent as it was within walking distance to all the major attraction near Sultanahmet (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc...). There was ample space and the staff was awesome. The apartment is on the second floor and needs to walk all the way up. Will need assistance to carry heavy luggage if travelling with small children. the apartment is not big as it seems in the photos, they say that it's enough for 7, is see it's hardly for 6 also they say the reception is 50 meters away from the apartment, it's actually 2 meters away. When we arrived, we were lost as the address on the confirmation form was incomplete. Fortunately there was phone no of owner who can be contacted. Need to improve the following: 1. cooking facilities (pans etc) 2. no washer dryer 3. no iron (but ironing board was provided) 4. no aircon or wardrobe in 'master bedroom' (the one with attached toilet). The rooms were not ready until 6pm, but they looked like they had just been set up and we were the first guests. Shower hard to operate. Lack of communication. Paid for two nights but had our bags packed by cleaning staff while we were out on the first night , and other people's bags were brought in . We were leaving for Cappadocia last on the first night but paid for two night so we could have security of our things and ability to chill out before of on a long night trip . wifi signal is too weak!. Sultanahmet is an old town. So naturally the apartment is not that new. I drove in this trip. Very difficult to drive around especially on the weekend. Having to stand outside on the balcony for wifi became taxing! The entrance to the apartments were dodgy at best and the shower was temperamental. The size of the bathroom was very smallo. The curtain let int he road light throughtout and so we could not sleep. the kitchen shown in photo did not have any utensils worth the name. A Scam at this price!!!!.
