Thanks to Mr Hasan and rest of the personnel for their hospitality. For being very helpful. My husband had food poisoning and Mr Hasan even went with us to hospital. People very friendly there.

There were two problems.AC and Wi-Fi. We gave up on Wi-Fi because we were anyways on vacation. But AC started working only when we were leaving the hotel. Overall we are happy.

The staff is very nice and helpfull, specially Mr Hassan. I spend a kiss to his grand-daughter because he is grandfather.

Very small room, the door of the shower was broken, no wi-fi in the room. On the website they say "no deposit will be charged" while the total price of the reservation was charged on the day of booking.

breakfast was really poor and the same for every day, small size room,small bath room, uncomfortable bed, no facilites in the room such as safe box, iron, tooth brush & ... I won't stay at this hotel again.

close to historical and tourism areas. the area is well served with different transportation that can reach almost to every tourism area easily

The morning reciptionist was so professional and helpful. Many thanks to him. He deserves a bonus :-)

I didn't like the poor internet connection and heating service. Please better these two aspects of your facilities so that I become your loyal client in the future an drecommend you to others.

The staff was very nice and helpfull

It was supposed to be 3 stars but it's not at all. Room incredibly small, we asked for a double bed and we found two (small) bed, the shower was broken and the minibar was empty... If you need a place were to SLEEP that's the place but it's not living-friendly at all!
