Besides the room which looked neat and clean with its spacious bathroom, one thing that I really liked was how the owner treated me as a guest. I was given a different room from what I've booked and he solved it by giving me some discounts. He also provided me with some tour information without pushing / forcing me to buy from him. I ended up bought the hot air balloon ride and green tour from him which both ended up to be a very exciting experience. The price offered was not necessarily the ch.

The owners are very friendly .They can help you abaout everything like Balloon flight and daily tours and restaurants somewhere to visit.One of the owner is a balloon pilot as well.He can organize a balloon flight at cheap price and you can fly with him rather with the best pilot . It is a new hotel with only 5 rooms, thus the custmer service is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good, near to the town. The building is very well isolated against noise, cold and heat. It was very comfortable to sleep. The heating runs perfectly. We had our breakfast on the terrace with a nice view of whole Goreme center. We want to thank again Kadir and Emre brothers for comforting our stay. Well at least he should made a call. He's so annoying!. no television in my room....no fairy chimney view...but....nice room....nice nice.... The fact that the breakfast was served at a partner hotel across the street! The manager or staff member who sat there in charge in the mornings was awful! He was rude many times to us and made us feel uncomfortable, we hope in the future this hotel will do their own breakfast. One would write "no tv in the room, no airconditioning.." I won't say that. People, you are on vacation, if you are bored, go hiking or read a book. You don't need air conditioning cause it's a cave room it doesn't get that hot in there! If you need some air, open a window! It is a very nice hotel, you should stay there! :). Hotel brand new. Heating installed while we where there. WiFi poor. Getting tea or coffee was an effort. Breakfast was not worth it. Poor internet. Dust from wall Under construction site near hotel. The owners do not know what is the sense of responsibility since forgotten if the guests at the airport, poor internet, breakfast varied slightly, the base of the tub is not leaking.
