  I was staying with my friend for 2 days and we are very happy with our choice. The stuff was very friendly and our room was superb, huge, clean with modern furniture, huge bathroom, also there is very nice and comfy sitting area with sofas,room safe,huge TV.Location is good and 2 min walk from big street, which makes the level of street noises mini... co mówią ludzie » mal,but still it was city center.there is a pool. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated our early check-in request. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

  The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

  The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor walking in heat/humidity. The comfort of the room, the fantastic view (I was on 26th floor) the furnishings and space in the room(very pleasant) these were all great. I had a very quick check-in - no problem using letsbookhotel.com to make the reservat - Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous. Night lights were impressive. Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you. No noise in rooms at all, very quiet. It felt very luxurious to stay there.

  Not excellent but brilliant! That is the word I will use to describe this hotel. We had our anniversary trip and were upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment for free! Room cleaned every day. Everyone, from reception, security, restaurant to cleaning lady were friendly. Special thanks to cleaning lady for the flowers in our room.   good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.
