the hotel would have been perfect but for the point of the building work going on throughout the pool area. which ran throughout the length of the hotel. - The hotel staff was very nice. We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money. The rooms are big and comfortable, cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and the pool is fun with the slide. I would recommend this hotel for fa

The villa was as described on the website. Liked the privacy of the pool and the villa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They arranged transport as and when we required it and also provided a phone for our use to phone the transport to pick us up at a time that we dictated. This was a well run organisation.

Amazing attention to detail and value for money! Hotel looks exactly like the photos and everything from the amenities to the food and service were impeccable. Love the teddies. Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location. Patong is very busy. -
