Staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, the room very clean and comfortable, all at a very reasonable tarrif. It was also in a great 'buzzy' area. - Perfect location, right in the city center. Spacious room, superb breakfast. Helpful staff, good travel agency and massage in house.

Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

The room was absolutely beautiful. We liked the hotel better than the Pathumwan Princess which is very expensive, which we stayed at last time. It was so convenient, close to the popular Khao San Road and right on a ferry wharf on the Chao Phraya River. Its location is ideal particularly as the river boat stops just outside the hotel. The rooms are beautifully made and if you are lucky enough to book a room over looking the river it is certainly worth the exra cost. The restaurant area has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and you can enjoy watching the comings and goings on the river. Excellent!

Good location, there are plenty of eating options nearby. There is a river boat stop closeby, so it is easy to get around in the city. The hotel has daily room service, and complimentary two bottles of water are provided daily.
I've read previous reviews that the staff is unfriendly - I would not agree that they are unfriendly, the reception staff

The rooms were clean and comfortable, you could request that they be
cleaned each day. Free drinking water every time the room was cleaned.
Personal safe in each room.
There were always staff cleaning the corridors.
Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were very busy but were always helpful and polite to us. Very efficient.
The rooftop pool was a relaxing and attractive oasis in the noise and chaos of Khaosan.
The location was in a charming side-street with plenty of stalls, street food

Central position, between shopping area and main historical attractions. Staff were exremely helpful with advice about how to get about and setting up transfers to and from the city's 2 airports. Room had all the features needed. Breakfast was very good - especially the excellent coffee. -

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

Generally, This is by far the best inn, around khaosan area, Sleep Withinn provided a really good services and the staffs are so friendly, we couldn't even believe this good guesthouse is existed around here. absolutely greatest! - Nice, clean hotel. Very modern, central, stylish.

Stayed with husband and daughter 13 years for 2 nights. The hotel is good for those who want to see the historical sights. Very nice hotel location. The boat, which serves as a public transport for 15 baht per person can gain access to the city center. And these trips are replaced by a tour of the canals. I stayed at Erawan House twice during this trip to Thailand.
The important aspects for me are - location, quietness and security, then staff and cleanliness. Erawan House was excellent in all aspects.
Location: excellent - very quite and within easy walking distance to anywhere around the Khao San Road area.
Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times.
Staff: were lovely; very helpful (eg: made phone calls for us), friendly and fun.
I would definitely stay again

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Very polite and helpful. The trip advisor is honest and willing to please. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Good value for money. I would highly reccommend this as a place to stay. - Very friendly and helpful staff
