The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

Absolutely outstanding in all aspects of luxuries rooms, beautiful and very functioning facilities, delicious food as well as fine and friendly service! We enjoyed the decorations of the suite and the very comfi bed!! Nice shower with good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Very good selection of TV channels and exquisite rooms

Great Boutique Hotel with superb suites and outstanding service. We occupied a junior suite which is their smallest "room" with about 60spm for a price of regular room in any luxury hotel! Fantastic value for money and one of the best boutiques we ever stayed! It is always nice to arrive early and find the staff accomodating and friendly. Luggage can be stowed until check in. Breakfast is buffet style and the rooms at the new wing are very nice. The hotel is just one street from Central Festival and has a selection of bars close by.

The hotel is new, modern and very clean, and the staff is polite and quite helpful. Location was good for us, on a quiet road, away from all the noise and hectic life of the city. The complimentary tuk-tuk takes you to the main 2nd road in less than 3 minutes. - Staff very friendly and helpful. The one bedroom suite was superb.

Its located in Central Pattaya, which means its closer to the beach, Walking Street, shopping outlets (malls and small shops) and plenty of eateries. Its got good breakfast, massage parlour,swimming pool and easy access to the city. Plus, the staff is also very friendly and cooperative. -

Very nice and quiet hotel with a very good localisation. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
All the staff is very very helpful, the hotel is very clean. there are a shop, an hair cut and massage inside the hotel : very useful. the thai restaurant in the hotel is great. we spent relax time near the swimming pool very clean. i would come back definitly @

I have stayed here before, so I thought I would do it again. The location and the price is good. Far enough away so you get some peace and quiet, but only 5 mins walk to the beach through "ladyboy street". This place is in good condition and offers great value for money.
