The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own
swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website,
however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool
was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the

The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet resort. Perfectly situated on the side of Patong Beach, only 10min walking to the city center. Nice and clean resort on nice montain side and nice and romantic views on Patong Beach, good and luxery rooms. Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

Baumenburi is absolutely amazing. It is the only place we would return to. The staff are very friendly, kind and the service is spectacular. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and we highly recommend Baumenburi for any couple or friends!

The hotel provided an upgrade to Super Deluxe room ( I got the same last
month in kl, my when I booked it through letsbookhotel.com, they are just
