What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.
I will highly recommed this hotel to anyone traveling to bangkok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

Convenience to both high-end and low-end shopping. Food-wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Safety in the hotel is good as only registered guests are allowed into lift lobby. The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.

good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

Second time in this hotel and everything was amazing - pool, rooftop garden (nice windy place for reading, relaxing, working, yoga practising, drinking beer - or whisky in Thailand :-) etc.), small fitness (I was alone here - same like in pool) and spacious elegant luxury rooms. its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
