Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to better rooms and the hotel location was fantastic, far enough away from Patong beach to miss the noise and close enough to walk to. To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Rooms are lovely big enough for 3 people comfortably. Free wifi in lobby, Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again

This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay we booked grand deluxe bungalow but when we arrived
was not available for 2 nights do they put us in deluxe which was lovely
we would of been happy to drat there but then we moved to grand deluxe
again lovely room clean comfy beds very nice helpful staff gorgeous pool
and always very quiet we t a you d couple who love paying but great to
stay a bit out of it and they offer a free shuttle bus to the beach or
shopping centre but only 5 minutes away anyway!! Breakfast was nice

this is the first time we have booked this hotel and I can tell you it will not be the last time....location perfect on the quiet side of patong beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach..the pool here is fantastic and bye night stunning with all the lights and fountains going .. do your self and partner, a favour and stay in pool acce

Beautiful new resort, although not quite completed or fully operational, we totally enjoyed our 9 day stay. All staff are just beautiful and cannot do enough to try to help and please you, even delivering my husband a beautiful birthday cake. We would certainly recommend this resort, and looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut
