The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. I liked the location as it's a few minutes walk to the BTS station and the MBK shopping centre. A few more minutes walk and you have Siam shopping centres like Paragon and a little further Central World. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are quite well equipped (large fridge, table for eating, small hairdryer and kettle) for a budget place. The WIFI speed is pretty fast. The breakfast was basic but ok. I stayed in Glitz for the 4th time, I always like it. It's centrally located in Silom, conveniently close to the night market and night life. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner (a young girl) and the breakfast ladies who always seem to recognise me. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is fast Wi-Fi.

Extremely wonderful place to stay in with the best services staffs ever. I have been a frequent traveller flying all over the world staying in 5 stars hotels. But I always book glow hotel when I go Bangkok for holiday because of it's shopping locations and their world class service :) it is great from counter to security guards. They work w pride, passion and integrity towards serving you. What's more can I ask for?
