the hotel was v.good in almost everything. good location,excellent service and very friendly staff - Good location, close to underground and skytrain. Famous Soy Cowboy withgo-go bars is just round a corner. Big beds and big fridge in the room.

good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

Very clean, excellent friendly and helpful staff at all times. - Very nice with live music in the Piano Bar in the evenings. Helpfull staff. Left the hotel 04:45 am when flying back home. The hotel provided us with good breakfast bags to bring with us. Nice restaurang with very good prices.
