I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. For us it was a oasis in a caotic city. Our room was big, bed and pillows are very good and bathroom has a excellent shower.
Ar conditioned work great in a extremelly hot city.
Location ins between two Skytrain. So it is easy to go to places that Skytrain or subway can leave you. And that is a problem for Bangkok, not a hotel issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend emailing to let staff know if you need to check in late as reception is not usually open 24 hours - but we emailed to let them know we were arriving at about 11.30pm and they were happy to make sure someone was there when we arrived. Very convenient location for the Skytrain, 2 stops on the Skytrain to the river where you can catch the Chao Phrayo Express and Tourist boats. The free mini bananas were a nice touch.

Excellent location near the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Sufficient distance to other buildings from the windows. Quiet - except the A/C which may slightly disturb someone. Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. I was there for surgery so I was in the hotel most of the time. The DVD free rental was perfect for me.
