  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rate - We liked the hotel because it is clean, the rooms are very spacious and is near the metro station (5 min walk, without luggage). Also the area is quied, away from the crowded and noisy city. Who wants peace, comfort and ease while to get anywhere in the city using public transportation (metro or boat) recommend this hotel. Taxis is cheap but in most cases taxi drivers do not put taximeters but prefers to negotiate the price, which is usually double or even triple. Recommended for those who come

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.
