I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well set out, but be careful which room you pick, or, as happened to me, you'll be overlooked by apartment blocks on either side that are so close you'll be unable to open your curtains without people looking in. As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the
street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The
breakfast is good for the price.

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!
