Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.

The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome. Is one of the best hotel I ever stay in. It's even better than some very famous 5-stars hotel. The location was ok. The distance to the BTS station was ok. But the safty was awesome.
