Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

Its location is ideal particularly as the river boat stops just outside the hotel. The rooms are beautifully made and if you are lucky enough to book a room over looking the river it is certainly worth the exra cost. The restaurant area has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and you can enjoy watching the comings and goings on the river. Excellent!

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.

Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.
And free wifi in room!

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.
