  The whole atmosphere @ Buddy!! I'm planning to return to Koh Samui as I fell in love with the place & Buddy Oriental. The food was of supurb quality and quantity; I take my hat off to the head chef Gina who works tirelessly to ensure all runs smoothly & is an excellent cook. The staff were always helpful and friendly. the complex has a good variety of shops and restaurants although I mostly chose to eat at the nearby New Hut for budget reasons and preferred to try "authentic Thai" food with fellow travelers. The pools were beautiful although on my second last day whilst lounging at the big pool a snake fell out of a over hanging palm and landed on my chest, however I don't blame the resort for that.
