  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  A very comfortable hotel on a quiet street with large rooms, a nice balcony area and good beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the lovely ladies at the front desk.   Everything perfect. Thumbs up! I was very positive surprised especially because I already had alot of disgusting AND expensive hotels/guesthouses in this area (Kata/Karon) before . - clean.sweet hotel! The staffs are super nice and really helpful!!! Nice place and quite worthy!
