The staff were incredibly friendly and they spoke fantastic English, especially the young man! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Saturday night market and less than 5 minutes away from the Sunday night market. It is also a very quiet location even though it is so close to the downtown area. It is possible to rent a scooter for 300 baht straight from them which is very convenient. The staff were amazing. The lady who owns it speaks perfect English & is so helpful & so is the young guy. The lady ordered us a taxi for 5.30am & even got up to make sure it arrived & tell the driver where we were going. We were only there 2 nights but arrived late so only had 1 day there - location seemed fine, a 10 minute walk to the clock where there are restaurants & bars. The rooms were spotless - I'm not sure if anyone had even stayed in our room before us, everything.
Preeda and his mother are wonderful. They both speak impeccable English, and they are more than happy to help you out. I couldn't find it the first night, so they came and picked me up, and even helped me with my running around that day, taking me to the bank that I needed to go to to make a transfer.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The water was hot, the coffee was fresh, and everybody was so helpful! Definitely recommend it. I'm sad I didn't get to see the kitchen in its final glory -.
The bathroom floor does get pretty slippery when it is wet.
I would prefer something to put on the door handle to say whether or not I want my room serviced ( Though they are very new so maybe they will have do not disturb signs in the future ).
Nothing - it was perfect.
I was there for research, so really needed wifi. There would be days when a strong signal was difficult to get.
