Beaufiful hotel, lovely staff easy to walk to many tourist sites.loved their breakfasts, sitting intheir courtyard and having little birds twittering around you in the trees. The pool is just so relaxing and just what I would chose for colours to contrast the bricks and greenery. Could have easily taken up resdence in the library. The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. It is indeed a value for money hotel. The free shuttle is a plus. -

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was really nice, with free natural shampoo, conditionor and shower gel. This is a proper spa resort with a tranquil feel. Breakfast was incredible with both western and Thai of a very high standard. I recommend the pancakes! We would really recommend this hotel.

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

The friendliness and respect of the staff. The food and service was great. I would step out the front door of the Aruntara and there was a security officer to make sure I got a taxi or more importantly get across the street.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab
