We had a wonderful time at Baan Boo Loo. The whole team was very nice, helpful and friendly. It was like being a-part-time-family-member. Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. Hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help, location was good, very quite, and a nice walk to the city's life and food. Breakfast was the same daily but was still very nice and again staff always pleased to help. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day, but was very strong with chlorine. Rooms were large very clean and fresh bottled water daily.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. If you want to visit the town and the surroundings and at the same time listen to birds at night don't lo

The owner (I'm assuming he's the owner...) was so warm, friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips on where to eat, what to see and where to go for almost anything we needed/wanted. His suggestions were always bang on and as a result I think he really enhanced our experience in Chiang Mai! Thank you!

The family who run this guesthouse were so friendly and so welcoming and gave us some brilliant tips as to where to go (including a local restaurant where the food was to die for). The location is prefect for exploring the city. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and our room was a good size with very comfortable beds. We felt very relaxed and happy there. It was a lovely place, I would love to go back. I can't recommend it highly enough (and Chiang Mai is also wonderful).

Very nice hotel. We loved it. The staff were excellent, the rooms had enough space and were so clean, the beds comfy, and the breakfast more than enough.
