very good staffs,all of them are so patient and kind!they're very lovely and helpful~!thanks a lot!:) it's near the famous temple,so as the 7-11,ATM and pharmacy,it's very convinient!and the decoration of the gesthouse is artistic and especial, i like it~~!totally it's a great experience at here~! great great great!:))). Receptionist is really nice, made phone call for us without asking for payment. Decoration is lovely and traditional， free computer and novels are provided on the second floor. Breakfast is nice also, three types offered. Room is clean and comfortable，with balcony facing the temple.

Good service, nice hotel stuff. The allocation is good in the old city. And some equipment is very cute. the boy at the reception was really nice! and hepled a lot; the breakfast everyday, simple but yummy :D. Very friendly, family atmosphere. In the heart of the old town, just beside of the temple Chaidi Luang and 5 minutes walk to 3 small temples, 7-11 store, drug store, and atm cash machine, lots of international and local restaurants around, very convinience to visit the town. All the rooms have balcony with beautiful view of a small charming temple. Nice small thai style yard in the reception where you can enjoy the nice breakfast, 3 sets you can choose among, very fresh. Convenient location very near to Sunday walking market. location is not far from old city's main gates but still， not near the market and some famous cafeterias. Taking red bus to Chiangmai Market needs 15 mins， if walk back at night，it seems not very safe. printing the location of Pat's in Thai could be better for those who taking taxi at the airport， cos the taxi drivern just dropped us at the wrong place and they don't know English. If there was an elevator then it is absolutely the BEST one in Chiang Mai!!. Bit tiny rooms. The room we had was a bit cramped and was a bit worn. The room is a little old. The stairs were quite hard to negotiate. Wifi in hotel is very weak. It's a simple old hostal, old facilities and no elevator, you need to carry your luggages climb the narrow wood stairs, all the rooms are on the second and third floor. But compare to the location of the hotel it is just nothing. The bathroom does not have a proper separate area for shower. The wash basin was too narrow.
