The service team was very helpful and responsive for any request we asked for (organisation of a tourist guided excusrsion, transfers to Hua Hin Center, etc). The resort as such is very nicely designed, a wonderful tropic garden, a lot of emphasis put on details provides an atmosphere of calm and restfullness.

Excellent value . the rooms are well designed with an ample sized balcony for dining of 4 or more persons. Chaise lounge in the room provides a comfort not found in much more expensive hotels.
