Courteous staff. Reception staff excellent. Free wifi available in room Clean and tidy and very spacious. Good and firm bed. Tall building, got a good aerial view.
Evening hours support could be an issue. Sound insulation not good. Need to walk some distance to get food.
This is definitely a budget option. and the affordability justifies any negatives
In an attempt at a succinct list of encountered issues: Very little english spoken, outside of normal operating hours, no english spoken. Could not get staff to refill toilet paper No shower curtain Drain issue in bathroom, fixed while I was away. If you are looking for extreme comfort or luxury this is probably not your option. If you're looking for an interesting building as a good base of operation with truly unbeatable views this is an excellent choice.
Location
I had 3 night stay in this hotel. The room is very nice design and give you comfortable feeling. The bed is also clean and comfortable, we had a nice sleep and rest after the whole day shopping in the city. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city by the main road. It was very easy and convenience to access skytrain or taxi. They also provide shuttle bus service on schedule.
