Modern design, clean & new, saltwater pool and mini gym. Sorry but unfortunately our stay wasn't pleasant at this property. Staff could not communicate even in basic English, tuk-tuk was never available when we needed it, the hotel was quite a hike from the main road to get a taxi or the BTS, no kettle or cups in the room, WiFi was a pain (but free). It is not as described on the website. Shuttle bus is not for free, photos are not as apartment looked like. There was still plastic wrappings on the mattresses, chairs and bathroom railings, no cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. Payable laundry 50 bht per wash but washing machines were not set up with coin machine so ended up paying more to finish washing. Staff was very rude and unhelpful.
