Awesome breakfast multi-national buffet. Most of staff speaks English and very helpful. Roof top view of city. Large rooms.

Nothing. Our stay was top notch. Beware they will not exchange any US bills with any minor mar or tear. They only want crisp, new bills.

New hotel. Service was good. Nice roof top bar!

I booked two bedrooms suite, but when i checked in it wasn't availability and reception tried to but it on my fault, that I was booked two rooms. After all they gave one bed room suite and one normal room. It wasn't good start. Our reservation was Executive lounge service include with coctail hours etc. But there wasn't coctails and other restaurant and lobby's look a like more Executives.

Short walk to Thong Lor BTS, excellent breakfast buffet, nice rooftop bar & restaurant. Great value at the 4K letsbookhotel.com rate incl breakfast.

Very nice hotel well run good facilities and modern. Nice pool and gym facilities. Staff helpful. Convenient rooftop bar on top of hotel.

Nobody on door in the morning to assist with taxis etc. Assisted by reception staff.

The hotel was very clean. It's well located and access to the Sky Train is just a two minute walk away. The rooms were spacious, the pool/gym/spa facilities are fantastic and the Octave Bar gives a great view of Bangkok at night!

The food here is disgusting! As it's a fairly new hotel, we experienced difficulty when trying to find a taxi driver who knew where this hotel was. When we eventually found one, we were taken to the J.W. Marriott instead. My advice to anybody staying here for the first time would be to ask for Marriott Thong Lo, or the Thong Lo Sky Train.

Very confortable room, the roof top is amazing, good music and wonderful view. Sauna and swimming pool were good. Excellent breakfast! Friendly people. Although they don't speak perfect English, they try their best to be helpful.

The location is not so good.

Best place to stay. Facilities, luxury, comfort, wonderful staff. Very good position (min from metro that connects you with center) kris at the lobby your man for every good tip for Bangkok

Very nice room, comfortable bed and pillow, oversized bath tub, good selection of breakfast

We have requested for a room which is not too close to the lift lobby upon reservation but we were given a room right next to the lift lobby. There is no arrangement from the hotel for our anniversary which is a bit surprising - even a 3 stars hotel surprised us with cake, roses and wine before.

Spa Services and products are good

Hotel is very far from the major hotels and shopping malls and with the horrible traffic it takes ages to reach your intended destinations. staff seem to lack experience and sometimes it is diffecult to communicate with them in english.

The appart hotel side.

The rooms, were very small. We've asked for connecting room, but did not get it. We had to change and go thé next day to the appart side.

If you are expecting more since it is Marriott, then be prepared to be disappointed.
