Staff were very nice and friendly. The place is kept clean and tidy.
There is a small beach with very shallow water, the beach is very very quiet so its nice if you just want to relax.
Food is cheap enough and is decent at the restaurant.

The resort was great and would def recommend! it was a lovely location right on Ban Tai beach - great for chilling and relaxing. It was also perfect if you're going to the half moon party in Ban Tai jungle (about 10 mins taxi). The pool looked nice although we didn't go in it and the restaurant food was decent too. We had a lovely beachside cabin, with a comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. Some comments say it's an "outdoor" bathroom, which admittedly it is, but it has walls built around it and it is private and it's attached to the room, so not a problem at all!
The food was delicious! And there were no restrictions on timing of food.

person that help's you out in everything she can!! Bungalows are
really nice one's and very romantic. Sunset is absolutely great,
relaxing on the swimming pool and enjoying it. Better to rent a bike

Have stayed all over the world in high end hotels and I've never had
such a friendly staff. My friends and I have not left the compound
during the day because we enjoy being on the hotel's beaches and
conversing with the staff. I only wish we had planned to stay here

We decided to treat ourselves to a 4 night stay at milky bay and we
were not disappointed - mainly because we got a free upgrade to a
studio suite so we really did get good value for our money! We got a
free pick from the ferry port which was great, staff are very friendly
and make you feel welcome, nice swimming pool, beach and restaurant (we
loved the free breakfasts in the morning!). If you are in koh phangan
for a full or half moon party the hotel organize taxi transfers there
at a low cost

Irish guy, the owner was real friendly and laid back. The rooms were excellent value for money and right on the beach. Wicked little restaurant ran by a Thai couple just behind the hotel, called Rambutin I think, opposite French restaurant. Very cheap price, great food, wicked couple. Also, great Pizzas at the hotel! Real laid back feel. Would definitely stay there again! Rooms very clean, beach was super peaceful and very relaxing.

Lovely beach almost to yourself. Basic but clean huts with hammock right on the beach. Nice hot shower and new style bathroom. Owner v helpful. Gives you a map and tour info on arrival and always willing to help. Provide us with paint for half moon (which is 100baht taxi ride from VView) and allowed us to do this in beach bar which created a great

Pot the manager! Great guy, painted people for half moon party and we had a blast.
This resort is excellent if you like the quiet ánd if you like some action. Small scale, great rooms (we had the new ones) and after staying at Samui this place was ydillic with the beautiful views, quiet beaches and cosy breakfast/ dinner/ beers-bar.
I'd go back in a heartbeat and during my trip, when entering new places, I often thought back at my great stay at V View.

The hotel manneger was very friendly, he gave us info for parties etc. We booked a room for 3 people and it was clean, quiet and spacious. The food was good and cheap. The pool was clean and relaxing with view to the beach. WiFi was good.

This was by far the best hotel that we stayed in on our trip to
Thailand. We originally planned to spend 1 night in Koh Phangan for the
Half moon party and then move on to Koh Tao. However, we loved
everything about this place and ended up staying 5 nights and just
visiting Koh Tao on a day trip instead.

This was a complete surprise in a good way. We booked for one night for
the half moon party and ended up staying for 4 nights for the sheer
hospitality we experienced at the Hotel! Not withstanding that Kho
Phangang is a fantastic place to visit when it is not inundated with
travelers wanting to party (for the full moon party), we found the extra
comfort and tranquility of the Nidhra boutique hotel an absolute added

Location is perfect right on the beach, great view from the garden and
pool. Also many restaurants around and lots of party places on the beach
(Black Moon Party is only 15 minutes walk) It is much less touristique
then Haad Rin but there are enough bars and restaurants to keep you
busy. If you rent a scooter you can also go to Thongsala (3-4 km) where
you'll find bars/restaurants/market/massage etc..
It's a small hotel with very friendly staff and the owners are
always there to help you wahtev

The staff are amazing, accommodating, helpful, friendly and sociable, without being overbearing. The food is fantastic, well priced and delicious. The place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the location is easy to find, and a short walk to local shops. I ended up staying a lot longer than planned, as I travel frequently, and it's the best place I've stayed in a long long time. Highly recommended.
