  The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person whocouldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge usfor that room. The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.

If you travel to Switzerland from the U.K. and intend to use your computer or recharge a battery of your mobile phone or tablet, be aware that an electrical plug in Switzerland is different from the European standard two-pin one. The hotel kindly let me use a plug to convert from the U.K. three pins to the Swiss three pins. - The offer that I had was fairly good value. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again
