  It was my second stay at the Splendid Royal in the last two months and it definitely is the best hotel in Lugano.Their restaurant is the best in town and the staff is very profesional.I really enjoyed my stay there. - Everything! Great staff, friendly and professional. Rooms are perfect, with great view. We'll go back there for sure!

Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. While they finalized they details, we were given coffee and biscuits. Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant.   Huge and amazing apartment. We stayed at the garden floor one, the big one. Extremely fun. Wireless works great. The owner doesn't know english at all, so either you know Italian or some other Euro language, or be ready to use Google Translate.
