Very clean and recently renovated, with excellent sanitary accessories. The rooms are fully-equipped, with vanity set, iron and ironing board, even earplugs for the train's noise. This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at, although it was not inexpensive. Our room was superb : and we felt we were the first guests ever to use the room. The en suite bathroom was brilliant, although the shower didn't exactly pin you to the wall. In spite of being opposite the main station, the room was quiet and not over-heated. Staff were helpful, the breakfast spread was terrific, and on the whole, we were very happy with our stay.

When I'm visiting st Gallen I always try to stay in Einstein.
It's definitely the best hotel in town in terms of location, quality

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel Cristal is perfectly situated for ski/snowboard holidays in Flumserberg (which is a lovely resort with plenty of intermediate slopes that kept us busy on our long weekend there) The staff couln't have been more helpful and the food was a good standard. The beds were comfortable and the light bedlinen and towels were pleasant. Overall we spent 3 great nights there.

We had a room on the lakeside so the view was great. Our room was very quiet and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner was very good, a coffee machine near the rooms was a nice addition. Our bicycles were locked in a garage. Friendly staff are what travellers look for at the end of a long day, Alexandra and all her staff made us feel very welcome.

It's a lovely hotel on an inlet on Bodensee (Lake Constance). We had the least expensive room and thought it was perfect. They say our room was not yet remodeled but we could not tell what was not remodeled. The hotel is also in a quaint village off the beaten path a bit. We were really happy with the experience. -
The junior suite was fabulous.
