  The staff was extremely helpful, informed and able to respond in several languages. The food was absolutely great and the bed comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as enjoyable as the Hotel Schloss Ragaz. - Kindness and efficiency of staff and management.

  Surprising to have Indian restaurant within the hotel which was delicious. Fits perfectly into everyone's budget which makes accomodation in swiss affordable. Nearby, Hotel Sonne looks good but lacks the feel. Bad restaurant and high price for rooms. - Perfect location at the entrance of the town. The market is 2 mins walk.   Loved the staff and the location, also the configuration of our family room was great, one room upstairs in a loft and one room downstairs. The breakfast was lovely and included.
