  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months.   Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.
