  Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake (Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over 180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi, Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset! Free car park (also semi covered). The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

  Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar! Restaurant was delicious, and service excellent.   Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  Very pleasant hostess who could not do enough for us. Delightful surroundings, and a very good restaurant within 3 minutes drive. Comfortable bed, and a more-than-adequate breakfast. - Very nice and welcoming. Owner is extremely nice, very helpful and gives excellent guidance. Very special breakfast. Amazing view. New hotel.   Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). This is something brand-new for Accor and they deserve compliments for doing such an all around good job.
