  Staff was flexible on meal hours when we needed an early breakfast or a late supper. Also allowed us to check in early. Went out of their way to accommodate us.

  This Hotel is fantastic ! The staff is incredibly friendly and responded to any request I had. Karan is the BEST you will find him super helpful and welcoming. The workout facilities are super, the fitness room appeared to have all new equipment and was VERY clean and well run. The pool, sauna, steam, etc. are first class. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!
