  The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. The room was on a quiet street. It was serviced every day and bathrobes were provided. And there was original art in the rooms and entryways.
