  All the staff at this hotel were most helpful and friendly. We gotupgraded to a lovely spacious suite which we didnt expect. Greatlocation. In a quiet area not far from the Centre, but walking distanceto old town, restaurants and shops. Was very clean.   Lokalizacja i klimatyzacja w pokoju. Cisza. - Perfect stay. As a chain-hotel, it is exactly what I was looking for -- clean and comfortable, no surprises unlike other "charming" hotels. The rooms are new and well maintained, new beddings + extra pillows, soundproof, hot showers with strong water pressure, free wifi in the rooms, individual temper... co mówią ludzie » ature (heating/AC) control. (I didnt have any of the problems regarding heating and internet that other reviews complained about). Location is right on the edge of the old town, in 1-2 minutes you - Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat. Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.

  We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12
