  Very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the Bahnhofstrasse. Also close to the Niederdorf without all of the noise. Our 4 nights there were great! - I liked my stay; good hotel, excellent location, clean room, very nice breakfast buffet.

  A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The employee provided some folders of the city, and was very helpful. The room was perfect, with a nice view to the polybahn. She was really very ill and they "cuddled" her. Th - Great room - very cosy and warm with attractive furniture and the feel of staying in a friend's house, rather than an anonymous hotel room; a lovely place in which to relax. I slept so well in the large, comfy bed, and loved the cosy window seat overlooking the street below. Cute little shower room with Molton Brown goodies! Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.

The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be.
