  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   The proximity the the river park turned out to be a wonderful surprise, 100s of People swimming down the river (chilly) was so fun. The park itself was great also, plenty of shade, pools, games, snack bar, lockers- Awesome. Public transporation perfect.
