Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value.
The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area.

efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.
