its perfect location in the tourist place, short walking distance from Train/Ferry station. surrounded by all the shops, cafes and beautiful Lake Lucerne. -
We liked the fact that it is very central - staff polite and helpful and kitchen fully equipped.

We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

We were upgraded from a room to a whole apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen ,dining and balcony and a view to die for. The hotel was practically empty so they gave us the upgrade for the same price. It was fantastic since the first day was rainy and we stayed in the room. We walked every where from the hotel. A simple B&B in Luzern that rents out a handful of rooms in a small apartment building near the train station. The room itself was spotless and looked to have been recently renovated. 2. we had booked the hotel from a date which was a day ahead of our actual check in date. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern. We had even booked our room accordingly. Lucia was generous and didn't charge for that extra day!

We departed from London and gave short notice about the arrival time. However, the staff was waiting for us to give us the key and thorough introduction.
The apartment had lots of spaces and small garden so my little children had so much fun playing hide and seek and running around.

Spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped and almost everything has been thought of. Especially recommended for families with children. The manager of the property was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!
